Dr. Felipe Gonzalez

Dr. Felipe Gonzalez was born in Ecuador. He immigrated to Canada in 1971 and since then has served in different religious capacities within the Hispanic-Christian community. He has also worked with international ministries, and has had the opportunity to visit and minister in different countries within the Americas, Europe and Africa. Dr. Gonzalez has planted churches in Toronto, Ecuador and California, and has worked on the mission fields in Kenya, Nairobi, Nicaragua, Peru, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic and Guatemala.

In 2000, the Canada Christian College granted him an honorary degree of Doctor of Divinity. On the heels of this recognition, Dr. Gonzalez founded the Hispanic Pastors Association “Unidos Para Orar”; in this capacity, he works tirelessly with different denominations and ethnicities to ultimately bring unity to the church.

Today, Dr. Gonzalez serves as Senior Leader at Beraca Church and as Coordinator for South and Central America and the Hispanic communities at Headstone Ministries International – an Oakville-based  Ministry. He also works with Tell My People – an equipping centre for church leaders in Latin America – based in Dallas, Texas.

Dr. Felipe continues his arduous work with different churches and ministries to bring unity amongst the different ethnicities, denominations, and organizations within the Hispanic community. Those who know him attest to the fact that Dr. Gonzalez has helped and impacted thousands of Canadian and Hispanic people. Pastor Felipe’s passion is for souls to be saved and come to know the love of God in Christ Jesus, for the pastors and leaders in the Body of Christ to walk in love and unity. His passion is also to partner with God to see nations transformed and the Church walking in the fullness of the purposes of God.

Pastor Felipe presently lives in Toronto Canada, has been married to his lovely wife Laura for forty-two years, and together they have four beautiful children.
